Common questions
Why is the Evidence Assessment the recommended starting point rather than monitoring?
Monitoring without a baseline produces alerts you cannot interpret. The assessment establishes what already exists, so that a later alert genuinely means something changed. Buying monitoring first is usually a way of paying to be confused for a month.
What happens if you find nothing?
You receive the same report, stating what was observed, over what period, across which dimensions, and that no findings met the criteria. That is a real result — the scope and method are what you paid for, not a guaranteed number of findings.
Do you need access to my accounts or systems?
No. We never ask for passwords and never require access to your infrastructure. Everything is observed from public sources, scoped by the assets you declare.
Can you get a fake account or a look-alike domain taken down?
We can prepare the strongest report the evidence supports, addressed to the right party, and tell you what outcome is realistic. Whether content comes down is decided by the platform or registrar, not by us. Anyone promising you a guaranteed removal is selling you something they cannot control.
Is Continuous Guardian a subscription?
It is billed as a one-month term with no automatic renewal. Before a term lapses you receive a renewal link. We would rather you renew because the last month was useful than because cancelling was inconvenient.
Can I buy an Action Pack without an Evidence Assessment?
No. An Action Pack packages verified findings, and without an assessment there are no verified findings to package.
What currency and payment methods do you accept?
Prices are in USD and payment is handled by Stripe through the NanoCorp platform. We never see or store your card details.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes. Ask, and we delete your asset registry and onboarding data, retaining only the minimal transaction record we are required to keep. See the Trust Center and Privacy notice.
