Product Watch
Who is selling something described as ours?
Product Watch observes marketplace and retail surfaces for listings that use your brand, identifiers or imagery without authorisation, and distinguishes between an unauthorised reseller of genuine goods and a listing that appears to be counterfeit.
Your products, listed by people who are not you
What we observe
- Marketplace listings
- Retail and aggregator surfaces
- Listing imagery
- Product identifier reuse
Typical findings
- Listings using brand and imagery without authorisation
- Duplicated product identifiers
- Sellers claiming an authorised relationship
- Listings whose imagery is taken from your own channels
Limits
We cannot determine from a listing alone whether a physical item is counterfeit. We report the listing characteristics that support or weaken that hypothesis.
Relevant when
You sell physical or digital products that appear on marketplaces.
