Reputation Watch
Is public discussion of us being manipulated?
Reputation Watch looks for structure rather than sentiment: clustering in review timing, coordinated posting patterns, and statements attributed to your organisation that it did not make. It deliberately does not produce a sentiment score, because a sentiment score is not evidence of anything.
Publicly observable patterns in what is said about you
What we observe
- Review platforms
- Public forums and discussion surfaces
- News and syndicated content
- Public social discussion
Typical findings
- Clustered review activity inconsistent with normal patterns
- Coordinated posting referencing the brand
- Statements misattributed to the organisation
- Unsupported claims about products or people
Limits
Publicly observable pattern is not proof of coordination, and we report it as pattern rather than as an established campaign.
Relevant when
Reviews or public discussion materially affect whether people buy from you.
